Welcome to the Festival Village!

Inspired by the musical harmonies and patterns found in nature, the Festival Village feels at home in its natural forest clearing. It’s a place to meet up with friends, have a bite to eat and plan your next festival discovery. The Festival Village is a central hub of activity and key services from which the rest of the festival branches off. Way-finding posts will point you in the right direction and a landmark tower will help you find your way back.

We’ll be planting trees here in 2013 and finding some interesting ways to create shade until they mature. In the new Festival Village, you’ll find the tavern moved to a new location that is closer to the food vendors and even includes some seating within view of Main Stage. You’re welcome to bring food from our vendors into the tavern and – if your timing is right – take in some Main Stage performances at the same time!

• First aid services
• Over 50 Hand-Made Village artisans
• A new Tavern location

And in keeping with our ‘tread lightly’ principle, there a lot of changes you won’t see, like reinforced grass in high traffic areas, improved drainage to keep things dry, plumbing and electrical services and a new road for food vendors that doesn’t interfere with pedestrians at any time.
